Welcome to lgogoal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and lgogoal ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lgogoal website located at https://lgogoal.cam and all associated services, gaming products, betting features, and promotional programs offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the lgogoal platform, or placing any wager or bet through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

lgogoal operates under international online gaming licensing standards. The platform is designed primarily for users in jurisdictions where accessing such services is lawful. Malaysian users are advised that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953, and that they bear individual responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the lgogoal platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds, free spins equivalents, or bonus credits granted to a User subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User using recognised payment methods (including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT TRC20).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of Users prior to the processing of withdrawal requests or upon request by the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real money stake placed on a casino game outcome, sports betting market, lottery draw, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to and use of the lgogoal platform is unlawful or restricted by applicable laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of Wagers a User must place on eligible games before Bonus Balance is convertible to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Platform" means the lgogoal website at https://lgogoal.cam, including all subpages, features, game integrations, and services accessible through that domain.

To register and maintain an account on lgogoal, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. lgogoal actively prevents underage gambling and will request documentation to verify age at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your applicable jurisdiction. You acknowledge that lgogoal does not guarantee the legality of your use of the Platform in your specific jurisdiction and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
4. You do not reside in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. A list of jurisdictions currently restricted from accessing lgogoal may be updated periodically and communicated via the Platform.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with lgogoal or any affiliated operator.
6. You are not a current employee, consultant, director, or immediate family member of an employee of lgogoal or its technology and gaming studio partners.

Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) lgogoal account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held therein.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. lgogoal strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify lgogoal's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

lgogoal will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any Wager or transaction completed using valid account credentials will be treated as authorised by the account holder unless lgogoal has been duly notified of a security breach prior to the relevant transaction.

4.3 Account Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian users is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing platform exchange rate at the time of deposit. lgogoal reserves the right to update exchange rate methodology with reasonable notice.

In accordance with responsible gaming standards and international licensing requirements, lgogoal operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and may also be requested at lgogoal's discretion at any time during an account's lifecycle.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation requested by lgogoal may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad / NRIC, passport)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement — noting that these must be text-only copies, not screenshots)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing name, or bank statement for the account used to deposit)
• A selfie or live photo with the identification document, where required

5.2 Verification Timeline

lgogoal aims to complete KYC verification within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal processing will be held pending successful verification. lgogoal will not be liable for delays caused by incomplete or illegible documentation submitted by the User.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lgogoal supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed on the Platform's Deposit page.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be funded from payment methods owned and registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. lgogoal reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits made from unverified or suspicious funding sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated to the User. lgogoal does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

6.4 Processing Times

E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times. Processing times during peak periods may be extended.

lgogoal offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cashback programmes. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section and to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion on the Platform.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance can be withdrawn.
• Where a User holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, the Real Money Balance will generally be used first for wagers unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• lgogoal reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagering activity by a User will be respected.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — is strictly prohibited. Where lgogoal has reasonable grounds to believe a User has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all Bonus Balances, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the User's account.

The lgogoal platform provides access to sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and arcade gaming products. Each product category is governed by its own applicable game rules, which are displayed within the respective game interface or sports betting section. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing Wagers.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets available on lgogoal include football (including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, and international competitions), UFC and combat sports, esports, tennis, basketball, and other markets added from time to time. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, and in-play betting formats are available subject to market availability. All betting odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a Wager. Once a Wager is accepted, the confirmed odds are locked.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the lgogoal platform are sourced from licensed international game studios and certified for fair play through independent RNG (Random Number Generator) testing. RTP values for individual slot titles are available within each game's information screen. lgogoal does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 Void Bets

lgogoal reserves the right to void any Wager placed as a result of a technical error, erroneous odds publication, system malfunction, or any circumstances outside lgogoal's reasonable control. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the User's account. No interest or compensation will be payable in connection with voided Wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgogoal platform. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of Wagers and winnings, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Wagers or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or system vulnerabilities — whether intentionally or having become aware of such an error without reporting it to lgogoal
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime under applicable law
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or IP restrictions imposed by lgogoal through the use of VPN services, proxy servers, or similar technologies
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward lgogoal staff or other Platform users

All content on the lgogoal platform — including but not limited to software code, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphical assets, text content, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of lgogoal or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from lgogoal.

lgogoal is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the User's account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lgogoal and its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond lgogoal's reasonable control
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that contains typographical errors or technical inaccuracies

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

lgogoal reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms
• The User has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable legal or reputational risk to lgogoal

A User may close their own account at any time by contacting lgogoal's support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded to the User following completion of applicable verification, less any amounts subject to investigation. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lgogoal holds its principal operating licence. Users agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Wager or transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be referred to lgogoal's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels in accordance with the laws of lgogoal's licensing jurisdiction. Malaysian Users acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own risk and that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from their use of the Platform.

lgogoal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice, which will be no fewer than seven (7) calendar days from the date of communication for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
