This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is published by lgogoal ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all users ("User", "Player", "you", "your") of the lgogoal website located at https://lgogoal.cam and all associated services, features, and functionality accessible through that domain.

lgogoal is committed to protecting the personal data of all individuals who interact with our platform, including prospective and registered players across Malaysia and other jurisdictions where we operate. When you register an account, we collect: full name, date of birth, email address, username, password (stored in hashed format — we do not store plaintext passwords), country and city of residence (e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Petaling Jaya, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam), and phone number (where provided).

3.2 KYC & Verification Data

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected Users, lgogoal will notify relevant affected Users without undue delay and will take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach.

We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and aim to fulfil valid requests within thirty (30) calendar days.

The lgogoal platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. lgogoal does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the account registration and KYC processes to enforce this requirement.

If lgogoal becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned following verification, and no winnings will be payable.
